What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment through all major credit cards.
Are pets allowed in the camper rentals?

Yes, pets are allowed in some of our camper rentals on a case by case basis; please contact us for more information.
What is the Rental Agreement?

The rental agreement is the contract state sets your responsibilities as a renter and our responsibilities as a host. Here is a link to our most current rental agreement: View Rental Agreement
What is the refund and cancelation policy?

For cancelations made at least 30-days before the start of a reservation a full refund will be given. For cancelations less than 30-days, but more than 14-days before a reservation a 50% refund of the booking total will be given. For cancelations of less than 14 days, no refund will be given.
What is the payment schedule?

We take a 50% of your booking total to secure your dates in our calendar. The remainder is automatically charged 7 days before your reservation begins. The day before your reservation a refundable security deposit will be held. The security deposit is an authorization hold that will be released upon return of the trailer as long as there is no damage.
How far do you deliver?

We will deliver up to 125 miles from Ava, MO. Delivery is tiered based on distance.
How much is delivery?

0-25 Miles: $100 26-50 Miles: $200 51-100 Miles: $400 101-125 Miles: $500
Can I tow the camper myself?

Some renters may be able to tow the campers themselves. Approval is on a case by case basis. We much approve the tow vehicle and may run a driving record check. All renters who wish to tow the campers themselves must purchase an insurance add on from our insurance provider. Please message us for further information.
